View Full Version : To Be Printed Check box

In all the documenation I can find it states that the To Be Printed check box should be automatically checked when an invoice is created, but mine isn't. I've resisted to upgrade my good old reliable version 6.0 Quickbooks just to avoid these annoyances, but was finally forced by my company to upgrade.

I really need to know how to make that check box be automatically checked so that invoices still to be printed are sent to my reminders list.

Whatever you did last is what the next invoice does. In other word, if you have the "to be printed" box checked and save & close the invoice, the next invoice should be have the box automatically checked.
