amending default eMail message / attachment name

Hi all...

is there any way to edit the default eMail being sent to customers when you invoice via eMail?

We would have 1 type for their first bill and a different type for subsequent bills....

Picky i know...but the closer we can get to automation ;)


On a similar note....can you change the name of the attached pdf invoice? ie. from qbemail.pdf to something like invoice.pdf or even invoicexxx.pdf!

Grasping at straws, but sure ;)

I am trying to attach an invoice to an email from within Quickbooks and it sounds like you have gotten that far-what are the steps you take?
