Question for existing Premier Ed. Users

My problem with the existing Quick Book Pro is, whenever our company needs to create an invoice for customer, we need to look up the past invoice for pricing. Since the goods that we carry can change from time to time, we do not use the price level/ structure. I aware that we can list a customer’s past invoices or the use of search command, but we would have to exit the “create invoice page”. The “Price Look up” process can be time consuming especially when there are more than 30+ items. Is there anyway I can lookup past history of a customer’s price when creating a invoice with a ‘simply’ clicks / command in the Quick Book : Premier Edition? Thanks in advance.

P.S. Did Quick Book makes any improvement in term of the speed performance over the past version?

I know of no way to do this easily. As far as the speed ---my Premier is very speedy. A lot depends on the computer & operating system, and how large your data file is.
