Adding Delivery Date to items on Invoice

I am trying to figure out how to add a delivery date to each line item on our product invoice. I know how to add a "delivery date" column but not how to give that column the ability to load a date. I then want that delivery date to show on the Report - Sales by Rep Detail. I hope to add it using the modify report feature.

I have found a "deliv date" in the list for modifying reports, but I can not figure out where that date comes from. If anyone can tell me that I might be able to figure some way to make this work.

Or, is there another date that I can use instead? Any help will be greatly appreciated!!

Hi,

The Deliv date that you see on the reports is used for PO's and SO not for invoices. and that date cannot be pulled up for each line item as that is one date for whole PO or SO.

Alternatively a workaround for you to use.

If you do not use the Service Date option on the invoice you can use that column to help you out, and use that option in the reports also.
You amy want to change teh Title on the invoice screen but onthe report it would be pulled up as service date as its a bulit in column and not a customer column.
