It seems to me that Quickbooks is rubbish at exporting data, particularly customer data. All I want to do is to export to excel my customer name and address list with the different fields in different columns in excel - the fields that I want seem to be prefixed with 'name' i.e. nameaddress1, namepostcode, etc. I don't want any bogus headers, any duplicated data, just simple clean data - not much to ask for - isi t? This must be one of the most sort after features of any accounting system, so either I'm dumb or Quickbooks is - it certainly is not 'intuitive' in this matter.
BTW is it easy to migrate from QB to Sage? And do Sage answer their telephones? Intuit don't
