I have Windows XP PRO, Quickbooks Premier 2004 in one PC but 3 different people use this PC and they use quickbooks as users and only one person as admin well when the user try to input invoice just after choose the customer the screen show the information related with the customer but some fields doesn't show the information, but with the admin user all the information appears. I think it's a problem related with the license but I only have one computer and it's the same computer with just 3 users, if somebody could help with this I'll appreciate.

As long as the users have access to AR and are using the same invoice template, the information in the customer should show on the new invoice just as it does for the ADMIN user. Three user IDs using the same PC requires 1 licenses.
Be sure they are using the same file the admin is using.

Well I am sure it's the same file and the user has full access to AR, invoice template and everything seem's fine, but I still have no all information in screen with the user's.
