Certified Payroll options

We do some govt jobs which require Certified Payroll reports.
Is there any chance an add on can be purchased to compliment Quickbook Pro 99. Or can a Certified Payroll report be generated by filtering and filtering and filtering. I can get most of the info except the weekly time sheets and I always have to create a dummy check to see tax deductions???? Has anyone figured out a way to do certified in Quickbooks Pro? We are looking at more expensive products, but I really like Quickbooks
