Customer manager

Has anyone begun using Quickbooks new customer manager? It looks like a pretty good solution for companies that have remote sales people, but would like to hear some opinions. Thanks!

We just started using it for our home business and love it. We were able to transfer all of our customer information form Quickbooks quite easy. We can can keep track of all of our appointments, to do's and upcoming jobs all on one screen. It is very easy to use! I highly recommend it !

I tried to make it work for a while, but just wasn't happy with it. It caused my QB file to be unstable, changed information that I didn't approve, was quite a pain. I now use Legrand CRM, which is more expensive, but well worth the extra cost with everything that it does and how stable it is.
